Even though the conditions are unprecedented for all of us, we are here with the responsibility to face them and create new memories for summer 2020.

Isabella Country House adapts its function, taking into account all the health measures and protocols, taken by the Greek Government.

Starting from the reception at the open area, the use of the appropriate equipment will be welcoming our guests always keeping the safety distances.

The main measures are:

CHECK-IN-CHECK OUT

Check out time will be 11:00 am and check-in will be at 16:00 in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms.

ROOMS

A welcome package with personal products and kits, antiseptic, cleaning kit, and of course one bottle of water, coffee, tea and sugar will be provided. Every additional, not basic equipment like magazines, decoration pillows & covers will be removed.

CLEANING OF ROOMS

The thorough cleaning and very good ventilation will be implemented the hours between the stays. One set of linens (bath and pool towels) will be provided in the room upon arrival in order to avoid the frequent contact between staff and guests. Although, the cleaning of the room is predicted , upon request by guests , informing the reception, one day before till 15:00.

BREAKFAST

The delicious breakfast will be available either at the kiosk of Isabella Country House as well as other available outdoor spaces so as to keep the necessary distance among the tables. For the above options, the guests would be necessary to inform their choice, the reception, at least one day before, for the rest of the stay. The breakfast time will be from 8:30 – 10:30.

PLAYGROUND

We don’t want to cut into the joy and the game of our beloved children so the use of the playground will be feasible, following the health measures. The parents may be responsible for children’s’ supervision and before the game, the use of antiseptic gel is obligatory which will be placed close to the pool area. The staff at the end of the day will take care of its disinfection.

SWIMMING POOL

Τhe surrounding area of the pool allows the 2 meters distances between the sets of umbrellas and sunbeds, according to the health protocols. After each change of tables and people served the respective tables and chairs will be sanitized accordingly. Moreover, the guests should follow the rules to use the pool, according to the health protocols and measures.
